We loved our room, which was clean and offered a lovely view. The staff in the lobby was exceptional- friendly, informative, helpful, and polite. You couldn't ask for better front desk people. Also, the breakfast was delicious. We were beyond happy with our stay.

Was very expensive and service doesn’t meet the price, even no note paper and pen in the room, no complementary bottle of water , no bath shoes and more.
To pay $202 a night you should get excellent services and high quality stay.

Of course it’s right by Oakland so you might need 2 security to patrol the parking lot. I’m not racist or anything but when I got there and checked in. There was hella black kids just hanging out in the lobby

Great location, walking distance to mall, restaurant, Trader Joes. Breakfast was adequate. The restaurant staff was excellent! Constantly removing dishes & cleaning up vacant tables. The rooms were large & spacious, with convenient full kitchen. Lots of parking.

The cleaning staff for the rooms. It was obvious the floors/carpet needed vacuuming, but they never vacuumed. We had to wipe, pick debris off the floors.

The property is right next to the Amtrak station and very convenient if taking the train. The staff were very helpful, rooms were spotless, and breakfast was well stocked.
