I was there four days and not once did housekeeping come in and bring new towels or new bed sheets, and how breakfast is not free

The hotels location was excellent. We felt safe and the second room we got was overall clean.
Negatives:
I intentionally reserved the room with roll in shower room 129. But it was dirty when we received our key to enter the room. I was traveling with my disabled mother and needed that shower option for her. Unfortunately we didn't receive what I reserved.
