I enjoyed the location and Donna at the front desk. That’s where the enjoyment ended.
Negatives:
First, the hotel bathroom was filthy. Hair was all over the floor and sink. The tissue box on the counter was empty! Second, it was 10:15am and I was completely naked and getting myself ready for the day when I heard a knock at the door (my husband was in the bathroom). A man yelled “housekeeping” and I said, just one second please, he insisted on continuously banging as I was trying to get clothes on and then he immediately opened the door! I could not believe this. It wasn’t even 25 seconds that went by and thank god my husband put the top lock or else the man would have come inside and seen myself naked. My two minor children were also in the room getting dressed. Check out time isn’t until 11am so I’m unsure as to why anyone would be banging on our door and opening it at 10:15am. This was absolutely wrong and a complete invasion of our privacy!

The staff was nice. The pool was good, and we loved the full breakfast.

The hot tub was out of service. We weren't told even though we called ahead. We had to ask for additional bath towels for our room, even though we had 4 people we were given 2. The 3pm check-in and 11am check out is not good. We drove several hours for less than a 24 hour stay.
