When getting there the exterior was very run down was quite shocking also when we got in our room being clean and still smell like a cigarette and a non-smoking room

No hot water to shower, room was dirty, run down drug deals in parking lot and we deserve our money back for this horrible place.

Everything but the man working at front desk was nice. The tweaker and drug deals and all night noise with no hot water and caution tape all over with a filthy room. I wouldn't take my shoes off. Sick

Water heater needs to be more centrally located. It is located clear at the other end of the building! It took way too long for the water to heat up. What a waste. Had to wait with water running about 10 minutes before we could take a shower. The floor was very dirty. We used a white towel for a mop and it turned it black!! The flooring and baseboards need to be replaced and the room needs painted. The whole place needs an upgrade. It's literally falling apart all around. Stairs are blocked off due to missing steps. Probably should be inspected by the health department. Will never stay here again, ever!! Would much rather pay twice the price for a room than stay here again

The syaff was nice. It was ok clean.

The staircase leading up to our door was collapsed and blocked off, the building was in poor condition, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, the deadbolt was difficult to lock (which was important since we discovered the next morning that our door didn't actually lock, it opened right up without using the key card), so we didn't really feel safe. The room smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. The flooring was new, but very poorly installed. The bathroom sink was so high I had to stand on my tiptoes to brush my teeth. There was a lampshade missing on one lamp. We ended up finding a new place to stay the next day and checked out a day early. We did not get a refund.
