Negatives:
We booked a suite at this location and it’s was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were very moody and unprofessional. Our room was very gross. There were stains on the sheets, hair on the pillows, dog feces on the wall, no toilet paper nor were there enough towels or soaps put in the room upon arrival. The bed was very sunk in and uncomfortable. Walls in the room were very dirty. Microwave was filthy with leftover food in it. The room and hallways smell like Pee. Carpets had stains everywhere. TVs were very little. When calling front desk to asked for toilet paper we expected someone to bring some up to us waited 3 hours until I walked down to get grab it myself. The whole experience was a nightmare so I had a book 3 nights elsewhere.

Positives:
Very nice room, although no handicapped was available, it was no problem. The elevator was helpful so we didn't need to use the stairs. Nice breakfast, adequate for traveling.
Negatives:
The breakfast variety was adequate but not always the same quality. The waffles were a nice addition and the hard boiled eggs were good. The bagels and bread were good. The cereals and fruit were good some days, others not so much. The coffee was always good. Many thanks to the nice attendant who managed the breakfast.
