Good location. Right beside the old town of La Quinta with a lot of shops and restaurants.
The free afternoon drinks and the breakfast is very good.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in the room is VERY loud. We have to turn it off to sleep. Luckily it is cool at night.

Room was very comfortable but we could hear our neighbors! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. Location is removed from the freeway but the views are outstanding.
Negatives:
Room service was confusing...it was easier to go down and get our own food and carry it back to our room. Parking can be a pain--it's a busy place and we came in late.

Bed was comfortable and the room had lots of space. Pool/Jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good, but could improve on the pastries-they looked sad and dry. The orange juice was not very good. Could add more fresh fruit to the spread. Staff is always outstanding. Especially Henry and Jasmine in the breakfast area. They are truly exceptional. Good walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a park across the street. I did not use the spa but if I had more time, I would have gotten a massage.
Negatives:
It was probably an oversite, but we did not have towels in the room and the toilet seat was sitting on the side of the toilet. I asked for it to be fixed through texting with Veronica, but it was never fixed. She texted to ask about our stay and I told her everything was great except the toilet seat was broken. She was going to send someone to fix it, but they never came. There needs to be a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
