After Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The property was fine clean and front desk staff were nice but valet guy was very rude when we tried to ask for help getting in the garage and our key card was not working he yelled at me.
