Hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, smelt amazing, great location. Room was small as expected but beautiful, bathroom was a great size and decorated beautifully.
Negatives:
Overcharged for an extra night without being advised. Only to be met with an unhelpful manager saying we don't have a record of your deposit.
Showed online banking and receipts, only for him to then remember that they had changed systems in January and our deposit must have got lost in this. Nearly $200 taken and been told 7 business days to be returned to my card.
No apology at all either, just 'yeah it will be refunded as soon as'

Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee from the bar, great that you get a small voucher to spend there! Gym is 24/7, rooftop is nice! Nice spot for visiting L.A!

Modern hotel with nice decor, simple check-in. A $450 security deposit was a bit steep for a fairly basic hotel room.

$450 security deposit was steep for a very basic hotel room. The noise is unbearable at times.
Between the rooftop, people slamming doors and other rooms it was very loud. We’ve never complained about this before in a hotel. Also, constant sirens and helicopters above head disrupted sleep every night. Maybe it’s thin windows?
