Absolutely fabulous place. Rooms are big and beautiful, staff is friendly, restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was a really nice touch to add the relaxing feature to the holiday!

Location, room quality great. Staff great at night when my mum had to go to hospital urgently. Attentive and kind. Salt restaurant expensive but served amazing food!

Some staff not that friendly. Snack shop closed most of the time and limited choice.

GREAT FOR SHORT STAY IN...

The big problem with this hotel is the parking. We drove up and there was a sign 'valet parking $45'. The valet asked if we were self-parking. I said yes, he gave me a thing to stick in the car window. BUT I was still charged for valet parking. I complained and was told that it is $45 for valet or self-parking, and my further communications have been ignored. This has soured my entire stay. So greedy and so misleading. If you must stay here, use the marina del rey car parking for $6/day. Don't allow this place to rip you off.
