The staff member was very rude and tried to re charge me for a night when my other half said something so he wouldn’t charge us he said I have eyes don’t talk to me like that don’t talk to me like that and than after wards tried to get us to pay a “40$ dollar deposit by new owner “ but wouldn’t charge my card? Had to be cash? Told him we never Carry cash and he wouldn’t accept when we said ok? Should we come back he gave us the key and than close the window, next morning he checked us out didn’t say anything to us abt the deposit whatsoever?

The old man is rude when needing more things. There were three of us and we were only given two towels. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. We had to use said towels to clean floors so when we asked for more the old man was really rude. I paid over 200 for two nights and got grilled the next day for asking for tp when no room service came by the day before. I was in said room with my family the whole rainy day and when the old man asked if room service gave me some I told him no room service came by. He then said that was impossible, calling me a liar, I said I was there all day and no one came by. He is rude to paying customers. Now his wife was an amazing person. She was nice with our cash deposit and was full of smiles. She shouldn't let her husband deal with any customers, he has no manners what so ever I always leave my room clean and all used items in a pile for easy cleaning. Now a full role of tp for the next person.

Easy location. Very affordable. It's nice there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The lady is very friendly who checked me in. And they have free wifi, and decent TV channels.
Negatives:
The bed was extremely firm and not comfortable. And there were only 2, super flat pillows on our bed. My sleep was definitely effected. Also some stranger tried to walk in my room while I was in there, very disturbing.

There was nothing to dislike about the facility or the staff. The facilities a little olden age but kept very clean and neat and the staff has excellent communication skills with the customers Good people!

I love that this Motel 6 is a smaller motel (not a lot of foot traffic, cars in the parking lot, etc.) Pretty good location as there are several food establishments within walking distance and it is less than 10 miles from Toyota Amphitheater! Rooms are just the right size, clean and comfy bed to come back to after seeing and Awesome Concert!
Negatives:
Bath Towels could have been a smidge bigger...Door key/card work correctly the first time, everytime...but not a deal breaker by any means!
