Between Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 19 and May 20, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Monday, May 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-19 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 13% of the booking value. Positives: Staff were very welcoming. They immediately offered us a free membership that allowed us early check-in for free and a credit toward a drink. Room was comfortable and shower was good. There is a BART station just 10 minutes down the street, plus the world famous In-N-Out Burger which is a must-try when in California.

Negatives: Drink prices downstairs are very expensive. The ramen machine was all sold out. In the room, we got only tiny, flimsy plastic cups instead of real glasses or coffee mugs.

Positives: Loved the large lounge area with screens, bar and food and plenty of space to sit and relax. Good sized rooms, great linens and bathrooms. The airport shuttle bus is a real plus.

Negatives: Aircraft noise, but...this is next to the airport! Slept well regardless.
