Positives:
The location was conveniently next to a very busy freeway. Beautiful views of a wall and an air-conditioning unit.
Negatives:
The check in process was awful. They never recieved my booking through Booking.com so I had to pay an additional $60 through there "Member Rate". The first time they ran my card it said "Approved" and she said it didn't go through. I asked her if she was sure so as not to double charge me. She said she was so I used another card and it went through. Come to find out later that I was indeed double charged. After 30 minutes I finally got keys to my room. I went up and of course the keys didn't work so I had to go back down and wait for another couple whos key also didn't work. So after another 15 minutes and a room change to a worse room, I was finally able to get into a room.
Although this hotel has potential to be convenient and nice, it was anything but. All I want is my money from back from being double charged as well as the difference I had to pay for my booking not going through, but to be honest I feel I should be comped for this stay.

Positives:
Convenient location, clean rooms, and quiet. Everything we needed for our 2 nights. Nice complimentary DryBar toiletries - an unexpected and very nice surprise.
Negatives:
While the staff was nice, the hotel was very understaffed, and check in took too long. Parking feels a bit unsafe, especially at night. Lastly, the sheets were a bit scratchy and we weren't informed about breakfast/other complimentary items at check in. That was a bummer.

Positives:
In room Hardwood floors are a huge plus. A Keurig coffee maker, large flat screen TV's, together with the "tub - less" showers makes a stay more comfortable. It also helps that the property has someone such as hotel employee, and Pearl working the front desk.
Negatives:
Penny-pinching can be a good trait. This property is nothing more than a glorified motel riding off the coat tails of the Marriott name. I do not see how they can charge $----a nite at times and be out of stock on breakfast items for days on end.

The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very confusing. The menu wasn’t clear with what was available and the pricing. There were no muffins or bagels. It was unclear where to pay. Someone said pay at the bar. We left and ate elsewhere.
