Great experience by the staffs smile and helpful effort. The front desk entrance, coffee readying, the breakfast, the parking area, the outside surrounding are beautiful, the size of the room and bath room are great.

The cleanliness around our room and hallway could be better.

We went to Thousand Oaks for a Cal Luthern swim meet on a Saturday AM. Arrived after midnight, checked out at 7:30AM. So we are not a good couple to provide much feedback. The facility was in the right location for us, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
