Yes pretty much everything the room smelled really bad the bed was small and not enough pillows the trash cans had no bags the bathroom was also small the internet sucked overall will never stay here again

I loved the jacuzzi and the pool! It was really nice to experience both back to back. It smelled really clean too! The fridge did work but you have to turn it on from a switch behind it. The area was pretty close to a bunch of restaurant!

The hotel room smelled like cat urine. So strong luckily we have cats too so we were able to tolerate it but it was borderline overwhelming. This was probably what dropped the rating to less than average. Carpet was nasty too

Positives:
nothing, we were traveling through and were so tired. We cannot continue our drive. I was with my elderly mother the picture on here. It looks nothing like the property as it shows no huge rat traps or any grass whatsoever. Its all dirt, full of cigarettes and homeless people, and people on parole and beer bottles.
Negatives:
The refrigerator smelled horrible. There was no trashcan bags or liners. There was still food in our trashcan. The carbon monoxide machine was hanging from the ceiling. The bed broke when I sat on it forcing my mother and I to sleep in the same bed. The towels were dirty people were knocking at our door all night, thinking that we were other people there on parole. The fire alarm went off two times once at 3 AM once at 5 AM, continuous flashing lights and beeping the people outside that apparently live there for three years told me that this happens every week at 3 AM. I asked the hotel clerk for a refund through email and she said I could have one, but it was up to Booking.com.
