Did not get the king room suite with pool view room that I paid for. Room was never cleaned throughout my entire stay even after contacting the front desk, calling housekeeping directly and leaving signs outside the door. Pool area has limiting seating are given the size of the property.

I booked my stay via booking.com a day before and I arrived when I check in .they just tell me gave my room away. It was a very negative experience for us since we drove all the way here and they don’t have a room for us. Considering how much they charge for the rooms they should have the curtesy of making sure we get what we paid for. I would suggest anyone wanting to stay here to double triple confirm they are keeping your room.

Colourful, helpful and fun staff throughout, good for a large, group with the intent to party. Giovani at the pool was great!

Cheap scuzzy decor, poorly executed. Room wreaked of cheap air freshener spray and I didn't feel comfortable walking in my bare feet on the dark purple carpet. Great in photos, but not up close. Sheets smelled strongly of bleach. Restaurant food was not good. Puker in the pool.

Booking.com messed up the reservation because when we called about our reservation they said it was fully booked and that this app will do that. They ended up upgrading our room for no extra fees. Staff were supper friendly everything was 10/10
The fridge comes fully stocked and they even provide the goods if u go with a lover…. lol
Went with one of my best friend’s and it was a great getaway. Will definitely be back with the rest of the girls to escape the city

The beautiful colors are retro vibe are stellar and inviting. The pool is absolutely perfect, it makes you feel like you time traveled to mid century America. Love it, it’s so unique. Also, the staff is lovely! Johnny P is the sweetest and most entertaining waiter on earth and Juan at the front desk was amazing.

Enjoyed the pool I loved that it had a deep end, and the drag brunch was awesome. The room was really large, bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Sucked that someone vomited in the pool :( I also saw someone bring their pup in around 4:30 ish pm. While I love doggies, I felt bad for the little one having to be on the hot furniture, pavement, grass or whatever it's poor little puppy paws were on.
