Old and outdated which surprised me seeing as Best Western is a major hotel chain Nationwide. It felt like going back into the 80's with how old everything was. The rooms are basic, the bed is decent. I really was not happy with the fact that they claimed to have free breakfast but did not. It's not the end of the world by any means though you post that there is free breakfast which consisted of a paper bag filled with an apple and a bagel.... At that point don't offer "breakfast" if that's what you call it. Especially when you come with your family of 6 and the expectation is that there will be a nice hot breakfast to enjoy before hitting the road. People look forward to that and when it's not there it leaves a bad impression. Best Western you are better than that so do better please.

Wooden framed bathroom mirror warped wood with mildew. Doors needed painting.
Sheet had a stain. Someone’s car alarm went off and ran for 3 hours until I called front desk at midnight. Truck parked outside all night running his generator.

Great location for a one night stay. Quiet area located not far off the freeway. Easy trip into town if you need a grocery store. Staff very accommodating when we asked to bring our ebikes into our room for the night.
Negatives:
The booking.com ad states "breakfast included". This was not the case when we stayed in late January nor was breakfast available when we stayed at the beginning of March. We were told that the breakfast area was being renovated?? I have no issue if breakfast NOT included, however, the ad on booking.com should not state "breakfast included"!
Fortunately Starbucks is next door and there are places within walking to get breakfast.
