Close to the freeway. Lots of places to eat and shop less than 10min from motel. Seemed quiet safe and drama free. In other words boring, if that's what your into. Little bit too slow for me. If you got the family 10. If your looking to mix it up it gets a zero.

The surroundings area or location seemed very low income. There were no homeless people near area, but it was not very welcoming.

There was something on one of the pillows in the room. It wasn’t a stain, it was a substance. I requested a new pillow and was told to go to the laundry and get one. There was no one to help me. I was then told one would be brought to my room. I never got a clean pillow because they were “out”. That’s not ok.
The floor was sticky and there were spider webs on the walls and dust bunnies on the floor in the corners.

The location was perfect, the front desk staff was nice and very friendly

The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were flat, I reserved a specific room because my mom is handicapped and I wasn’t able to get the room I needed. The 2nd room I booked the air didn’t work. The light above the sink barely worked. They should do walk throughs to make sure things are in working order before assigning the room to someone else.
