Initially the room was good, with kitchen, nice bathroom.
Negatives:
The general manager and cleanliness. In the night before last, we found two roaches standing in our food for dinner. We informed twice the front desk and not much action was taken. The next day, the general manager appeared and first blamed us for not changing rooms at 11pm and then she said any complaints should go to booking. The lack of accountability was shocking. She never apologized or became accountable that the room had roaches. Embarrassing for Hilton as company. They asked for photos that I have regretted not taken.

Room was very nice. Great size for someone in a wheelchair. Staff was friendly. Conveniently located near multiple highways. Enjoyed mini kitchen facilities.
Negatives:
Bed was not comfortable but that could have been my old arthritic bones. Powdered eggs in the breakfast buffet were hard and unappealing.

front desk welcome was cold. (Leslie, made me feel like I didn't belong there, I had to greet her) Hi, I'm here to check in. She asked for my last name, was told no not found in system, then I was asked for my confirmation #, I showed her my conf.# on my phone, she looked at it and said, 'no I take that it's too long.' I then told her it's from a 3rd party booking and it's paid in full. So, she looked again and then found my reservation. she then asked for a credit card for incidentals. told me to wait for the other front desk staff to take my card, then she changed her mind and took my card. (All this went on while I saw & heard the other guest receive a warmer welcome and given more info. on the facility. -my checkout was a pleasant experience
