Positives:
Did not partake of the breakfast. Location was quiet. We were able to bring our dog and that’s always a plus.
Negatives:
Toilet got plugged up, some of the more convenient electrical outlets were loose and unusable and there few if any usable USB ports. The staff did move use to a different room, so that was nice, but the electrical outlets posed the same problem in that room as well.

Exceptional staff. We checked in and the TV wasn't working. Night receptionist came immediately up to see if she could fix it. When she couldn't she changed our room. Breakfast was delicious

Location and the employees were very helpful.

I sent you an email yesterday.. We did not stay at this property. We arrived after an 8 hour drive looking forward to indulging in their hot tub. We soon learned their hot tub was out of order. We spoke to the staff and said we could cancel with no charge but to contact booking.com.. I called the number several times trying to speak to someone.. with no success.. I sent an email yesterday explaining the situation...We went to a different Best Western called the Hilltop. They had a swimming pool and working hot tub.
I do hope you understand this situation and we are not charged any additional fees. I hope to work with your company in the future and hope this can get resolved with your understanding.
