The fact that I had to put $100 deposit down and then I still haven't seen it back yet and that I didn't show up as evidence in my transaction history which is a little concerning

The staff was very nice. The hotel is really cute and in a great location with a lot of restaurants and food options nearby. Only 5 minutes from downtown Redlands and 20 minutes from the Ontario Airport. The beds are tempurpedic and extremely comfortable.
