I was charged for a king bed and sofa bed that I originally booked and still currently shows that was my booking I paid for and was given a queen bed which obviously can’t house myself my partner our 8month and 8 yr old daughter

I was delighted from the beginning, from the moment I walked through the front door. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good and the lady who helped us was smiling at all times and very friendly too.
My kids and I got a king studio but instead we got a queen bed suite, which was fine but I booked the king studio because the bed would be bigger for sleeping with one of my kids while the other would use the sofa (here I will make a parenthesis to complain about the sofa bed that was too hard, also the person or people who were on the 4th floor above us, started stomping from 5:30 am, and woke us up, but that is not something that the hotel can handle)
I am very happy with my stay here. If I had to go back, I would choose this hotel without a doubt.
