Motel 6-Sacramento CA - South

Negatives: The manager was argumentative and just would not shut up. An elderly lady complained about my grandkids running and making noise this was before 10pm. So the manager kept arguing the next day after once he should have shut up but kept it up after the kids were all settled and quiet. Me and my family had 4 rooms . The rooms were dirty smelled like smoke. Everyone was due to check out of their rooms on Sunday but I was due to stay until Monday which none of the kids were with me. The manager was in my daughters face telling her she can’t stay in my room her and her family was in the car waiting for me bcuz we were goin to an event so I came out and told him basically she knows and it is the afternoon and really no harm is being done but he kept arguing even as I was saying to him ok move on bye he kept it up so many times. So come Monday morning 9am we get woken up with a guy with his loud leaf blower right at our front door OMG so I went to the door and stood there w my hands on my hips. But yet when we first get here to check in a couple was fighting and the guy ended up getting stabbed, so many unhoused people walking around and most are not right in their heads.

Negatives: The hotel has paper thin walls with no insulation. While trying to sleep. I was kept awake from the tv in the room next to us. I called the front desk and they had no response to my request for them to talk to the occupants. In the morning the front desk didn’t care that i was kept ip all night because of the tv noises.

Negatives: Blunt customer Svc

Negatives: Everything was amazing.

Negatives: The TV was not accessible to me not having my Google account

Negatives: Scary location Lots of low lives/drug addicts around the property I was afraid to get out of my car let alone stay the night I ended up leaving and going to another hotel in a safer neighborhood.

Negatives: Nothing negative to say....
