Gated in and had to use password to get in, and security walking around. Was nice and clean inside.

I didnt like it because it looked unsafe, alot of homeless people and other druggie people staying there.

The size of the room and the fact that I have a sliding glass door and a patio. This doesn't come with every room though.
Negatives:
Most of the staff is rude, and the rooms aren't really at a high standard of cleaning nor are they pieced together really well. Both of my stinks broke during my stay, didn't want to give us towels & other stuff. Picked on me specifically during breakfast

Rooms are the worst experience

We enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice TV and bathroom. The provided shampoo and conditioner were above average from my experience, and the breakfast was excellent. They actually provided hot food like eggs, sausages, and waffles instead of just yogurt and cereal like most places. I would stay again.

The location feels kinda sketchy, but fortunately the hotel is gated to help protect the vehicles.

Friendly staff gated parking lot.
Negatives:
Bed sheets where very dirty. Pillows where yellow. Floor seemed to have not been mopped in a very long time. Room had stains everywhere on the walls. Smelled of cigarettes. Breakfast was awful and old bagels. Nothing was well stocked. There is definitely questionable people in and out from this hotel.
