It in no way resembled the photos on the website. My room had stuff - I don't want to know what - stuck to the artwork over the bed. The window in the bathroom was both cracked and had death threat graffiti, the nonworking television had cockroaches.

Just within walking distance from the convention center.

There was cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! Our TV was broken, didn't turn on either. Our window screen had holes in it, so we never opened the window. Room had some kind of funky smell. Shower had some tiles missing, shower head had tape wrapped around it.

The location, it really is in the middle of midtown. I will admit the room smelled like they just cleaned it.

THERE WERE BED BUGS!! I got bit in the middle of the night, woke up to the bite, and then picked everything I had, went to the front desk, but there was no one there to talk to. I left the key and the hotel. Tried to get a refund but had no luck.
