Utensils were not provided at the day 1. The staff was rude when we asked about it and we complained in their site but no response. They give it on the 2nd day which was not cleaned properly.

Good location close to the freeway yet it was quiet. Room was also spacious.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t cleaned well prior to my stay. I had to wipe the surfaces off with alcohol wipes. There must have been bugs because I woke up with random bites on my body that I didn’t have prior. Also, bring your own hair dryer if you need one. Room didn’t have one and front desk said they had none available. There were also fruit flies inside the room as I was eating my dinner. Bathtub paint is already peeling as well.

I like all the staff and think they do a good job EXCEPT for one individual and only one. This employee who works the front desk on weekends is one of the rudest people I have dealt with in a long time and should have nothing to do with customer service. Not only is he rude he thinks he knows everything and is condescending. I have stayed here many times , a total of almost 3 months and is the reason I will not stay there again.

The refrigerator was nice and cool. The TV was good and the stove was fine.
Negatives:
The Air conditioner wasn't working properly. The windows in our room were not open. The windows were sealed which is a potential fire hazard. Didn't have sufficient or adequate towels to replace the dirty ones. Very slow and Lack of hospitality service.
