The bathroom wasnt clean. Cigarette burn marks on the bathtub in a non smoking room. Burn holes in the curtains that looked like bullet holes. Lots of homeless in the parking lot all night. Tent city all around the property.

Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff.
Negatives:
We heard from a guest that there were homeless staying in the hotel and there was many homeless around re option, at the front door. Just not what I expected when I am holiday at a motel.

Comfortable but wouldn't stay again

Ideal location for downtown - only 20min walk to Gaslamp Quarter.
Free parking on site.
Negatives:
Unfortunately a lot of homelessness around the hotel - not safe to walk home alone at night.
Beds very uncomfortable and slipping off the bed frame continuously.
Not very clean - stains on towels received.
Have to ask for room service - not done daily.
