My door was jammed for about 15 minutes. Try calling front desk no pick up my husband finally got the door to open. Went downstairs to let them know and the guy really didn’t care. He said I didn’t hear my phone rings he checked the phone the volume was down.

Checking in on Saturday was wonderful the gentleman that helped us was nice polite. But not informative about the pet fee and it didn't say anything on the website how much the pet fee was or if they're definitely was one and when we booked it through booking.com they never said anything either. We were overcharged for our room by $45 and then we were hit with $140 pet fee non-refundable. I asked for a room with a bathtub, and I did not get one not the end of the world. But I also asked for a quiet room and was given one right next to the pool. I had no idea that the Pool opened at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning or that they would allow screaming children to be out there at 7:30 in the morning when I called down to the front desk to inquire about said issue she looked at the clock and said well it's almost 8:00 I said yes but they've been going at it since 7:30 and there's no parent out there with them she had no concern for the kids their safety or my intolerableness for screaming at 7:30 in the morning. When we checked out later that day at noon and I went up to hand her in my keys I wanted to discuss some things with her but she was rude and brush me off and said have a nice day and took the keys I knew it was not going to be worth it to try and talk to her. The hotel was clean and nice fairly updated to TVs or a little close to each other so either listen to the other show or you watch the same show on both TVs the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice the kitchenette was clean not well stocked as far as coffee and creamer goes for the coffee pot.

I covered a lot of what I didn't like in my comment before but I didn't like the lack of openness about a non-refundable pet deposit. The fact that I wanted a bathtub and a quiet room I didn't get one and I got stuck next to the pool. Did not make for a happy stay but what was worse is the lack of caring or desire to check on kids safety by the front desk person Sunday morning. Like I said the guy that checked us in Saturday night and the guy that worked later on from Midnight until morning was great but whoever came on shift at 7:00 or 7:30 she does not belong in the hospitality business at all.
