The location was perfect for our needs. Staff was helpful and gracious. Hotel felt safe and secure. Room was perfect size and just what was needed. Self-parking extremely close by and safe for reasonable cost.
Negatives:
As coffee is available downstairs in the lobby, it would be so nice to have a little machine in the room :) Also, the $19.99 daily charge would be appreciated if listed on the site. It it is reasonable but was not listed when booking

San Francisco the city needs some clean up. I saw a store get robbed and a guy smoke crack out of tin foil a block from the hotel....

The room was clean but the doors were thin, but the room was very clean and had a loot a great natural light. The decor was really nice and high quality and the bathroom was nice as well

Front desk personnel were exception, especially Kathryn who was very helpful and patient with all the questions we asked. The adjoining restaurant had excellent food, though service was a bit slow. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome and treated us well.
Negatives:
Lack of a mat to avoid slippage in the tub caused some concern. We were on a high floor, so when one of the elevators was out of use, it was a bit inconvenient, but the hotel saw to allowing guests to use the service elevator.
