Location so close to the waterfront - great.
Globally a great place with character.
Negatives:
It was a business trip so free time to enjoy the extra amenities offerd by the hotel was non- existant, so to be charged an amenity fee that was not communicated at the time of booking was not appreciated.
Great to have a parking option, but it would have been good to be advised on parking fees in advance.

Very safe and alive location, just in front of Pier 39 and next to the Big Bus stop.
The room was big enough and the bed very comfy. We had a microwave, freeze and a coffee machine what was appreciated since the hotel does not provide breakfast.

We loved this hotel. Great queens beds, drinkwater available, nice place outside to make your smores with kids, great playing room.
Make sure you get the 2 queens room with a balkony so you can enjoy the fresh air.
