Excellent property and access to downtown area shops restaurants bars ..train platform
Negatives:
No warning about early morning loud construction. Doors could be heard slamming before 6:a.m. (due to warped swelling door frames of the hotel)ruined our vacation. Long lines at check in (only 1 stressed out employee working busy front desk).

The shower tile and grout, carpet, and low level security on the doors and property. The property in general is run down with less than expert repairs made which makes the property look even worse. Location has this a winner if you renovate.

The location!! It was a direct route to the Historical center, where my daughter works, ( the Ecology Center) and where she lives. Also getting back to LA was easy.
