The staff was great and our room opened onto a little courtyard with a view of the beach. It was quiet and peaceful with tables and a chair right out our door. Everything was walkable and that was great.

The only major flaw, and I do say major, is the horrible internet. Ridiculous. Considering the pricing, and I am not complaining as long as you get the value you are paying for, in 2024, you need decent high speed internet. They don't have this!

The service is exceptional. In every interaction with the team from the front desk, and valet, to housekeeping and engineering, everyone was professional, kind, and responsive!

I enjoyed sitting in the serene green luscious courtyards. The ocean and harbor are directly across the street. Everyday I Had an outstanding latte along with a generous breakfast at Chads which is on property. They have outside seating which is great for people watching and enjoying the ocean view!

Potholes in the parking lot. Dangerous walking at night.

Remarkable property on the beach in Santa Barbara!
Positives:
Perfect location. Beach is right across the street. Can see the Stearns Wharf Pier from our room. Harbour only 13 minute walk. State Street only 2 blocks away. 7 minute drive to State Street Promenade. Valet service very simple. Many restaurants including Chads just next door. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I loved the room and the location of the hotel. I liked how attentive and quick the staff was to respond to all of our needs. The bedding seemed to be very clean compared to other hotels Ive stayed at.

I wish the pool and hot tub were a bit cleaner. There was a lot of mosquitoes in there. I wish there was a self park option in addition to the valet.

My husband and I absolutely loved hotel Milo! Rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. No kitchenette in any of the rooms btw. I loved the gym & the pool. The area this hotel is in is absolutely amazing. Short walk from all the restaurants and cafes. Plus complimentary bikes?? Its hard to beat. Plus for some reason the pictures dont it justice, this place is gorgeous!!! The outside and walking is super aesthetic and beautiful. Staff was sweet & helped with anything we needed. Definitely will be coming back.
