Close to downtown and the restaurants, also close to the college (Westmont). We were there to attend our son's track meet.
Negatives:
No dressers to put your clothes away! And the smell of the elevator and lobby areas. I think new carpeting might take care of that. It's dated, but decent. No real complaints.

Palmoro house is not in the main building of Marmonte hotel and it does not have same facilities as a resort but they still charge resort fee of $30. Phone line was so bad, we couldn't even call front desk. Didn't even provide enough coffee mugs or glasse

Dont book with Booking.com. They didnt send the reservation to the hotel. Showed up and they didnt have room ready when they said they would. Has to wait an additional hour for my room. I will never use this site again
