Negatives: The undisclosed mandatory parking fee.

Negatives: Bear with me here... When we made the booking, we didn't realise that Ed Sheeran was playing the same night at Levi Stadium which is just a few hundred metres from the hotel. We were meeting with friends in San Jose for the evening but because of all the traffic restrictions around the stadium, we couldn't get back to the hotel until 1am. Clearly, this isn't Hyatt's fault. But what I feel aggrieved at is that Hyatt should have messaged us to make us aware of the likely disruption. We would then have rebooked for somewhere else in the San Jose area. Hotels that actually care about their guests do that kind of thing.

Negatives: That wasnt told ahead of time that the pool was under construction and not told ahead of booking room that parking is $40. Per day also when checking in the first time she was friendly and asked if I would want my room cleaned I said yes and she said okay we will text you when your room is ready got text someone else helped me check on I was told there would be no room cleaning since your here only two days but then we have a house keeper wake us up to clean room miss communication at desk ?

Negatives: Charges for parking, not all rooms have balcony.

Negatives: extremely hard to get into the entrance of the hotel after the football game we attended feet away.

Negatives: Food prices were exorbitant, and there were band-aid wrppers on the floor in the room when we arrived. Worst, though, was there was no hot water for my shower.

Negatives: I didn't like that our room description that we booked did not match what the hotel has avaliable at the time and also described a room that was not possible to have even though on booking.com they described the room as a double room with balcony. We drove several hours on vavaction to stay at this fabulous hotel and even payed extra to get a high level room with a balcony and really the only reason why my kids and wife and I chose to stay here. Then just to find out that the room did not have a balcony. The room also was only just a room with two full size beds not even enough room to sleep my family. Also at first I was told there was nothing they could do about it. It was a mistake and error on booking.com side of it and they had no more room so we could have free parking. I had to escalate the situation and had to ask if I could upgrade and all of a sudden they had bigger suites avaliable. But at first they were all sold out. Maybe they thought I was to poor to pay for a bigger room. It's insulting because even though me and my wife are young and have a big family I am government employee and also own and operate a small buisness outside of town. Anyways I had to pay extra to even be able to accommodate my family stay which I thought was already done based on description of the room I booked. Also while this is at 11pm at night moving my kids up and down floors to a new room. Also the new room we were given although it was spectacular and everything I could ask for. It has a noisey toilet that constantly ran all night long.
