The front desk personnel were iffy some moody, but the maids at this hotel were incredibly helpful, understanding and very nice to me; I'm a senior with walking difficulties; They have tough jobs lots of work but took a few minutes to be nice.

I was on the ground floor; I opened the window for fresh air; the gardener came with a big gas-powered loud hedge trimmer right outside my opened window.; stunk up my room; it was hard to breath; he should do this after checkout time not at 9:00am!

The man that checked me was very rude. And later on in the evening, argued with me as to which room I was staying in. The carpets and halls were disgustingly dirty. There was no.phibe in the room to call the front desk when, at 2:00AM, there were children running and screaming in the hallway.
To top all this off, my eight year old granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal. I called the location six times in a row, to see if it was there, and they didn't answer. Then, the corporate off called three additional times, again with no answer.

Remodeling made it quite chaotic and noisy at night. Breakfast was terrible because coffee was cold and no eggs left until they made more. No one supervising that aerea. Hope they remove the hall rug as it was dirty.
