Positives:
The exteriors were well-maintained. The interiors were very nice with a good kitchen and lovely bathrooms and showers.
Negatives:
My suggestion would be to install more outside trash containers. Guests generate trash in the kitchen of the units. There were only two outside trash cans findable and they were always full.
I was disappointed that the electric cooktop unit took so long to cook food in a skillet or a pot.

Positives:
The location is close to my parents and 20 minute drive to LAX. Easy to find but not in the busy area of Torrance. I also liked their staff and they have free breakfast.
Negatives:
I found out after booking that they dont have elevators. Im just glad that the night manager helped us with our luggage. Hes really nice. I hope they change their furnitures especially the sofa bed which is sooo old!

Negatives:
The sofas were ripped from all around. TV’s way too small, only had 1 good remote control. The place was being restored with too much dust and noise. The breakfast ended way too early and not the same as the very first time we stayed there. The front desk person did not respond to when I asked for another control or some new batteries. She said she would send a maintenance person who never showed. At the end I asked for a receipt and saw a that I’m being charged around $200 more. Is just getting worse and worse. A hassle for me to deal with. I hope I get help when I call to see why.

Friendly staff. Good room choices. 2 bedrooms, one with one kids for parents and one room with 2 beds for kids. Handy kitchen and good parking.
Negatives:
Room furniture and carpet is tired and stained and ripped. No kettle or toaster in kitchen. Very dated items. Bathroom/toilets very small and vanity area strangely massive! When we were there the contractors were painting the building but money would be better spent on the interiors.
