The room was amazing, we couple se universal, one more room around would have been even more amazing, but we were happy we could see what we could. Location to Universal is second to none, the walk is literally 10mins and your at the main entrance, we walked to and from a lot, even to Universal City just to eat ! Loved it and location made it the best option for us.
Negatives:
More cheer options for basics like drinks and food, I get its a high end hotel, but was cheaper to get an uber and go to a grocery store and back. Only other thing which wasn't major was waiting for check in and we did a pre check in for four 23 and she said it had the best view of everything. We waited and waited and I walked back up a couple of hrs later and they said oh it been ready for an hr you dint get the message ? then said our room was floor 20. and the view was an angle to the park, but they didn't seemed phased when questioned, but it was still an amazing view :)
