The location is very close to Universal Studios
Negatives:
I was in room 246 and it was very difficult to get to the room with luggage and stroller. I had to take 2 elevators and some of the stairs were not handicap friendly for a stroller access so I had to walk around.

The family rooms were not that big, they also have parties and the music was SO LOUD no one could sleep

The entire staff was super friendly and attentive. This hotel is so close to Universal but they also provide a shuttle every 15 mins if you don?t feel like walking.

Hotel fee was $42 a night which was pretty steep since the hotel already cost over $300/ night
