It was a new looking location and the staff that i encountered was very nice.
Negatives:
The site says it sleeps 4 but they include theirs bed which was not conducive and was dirty. After that I had roaches in my room and had to be moved and the toilet wouldn’t flush in which i went into the tank and fixed. On the 2nd night i had to move at 5 in the morning due to too critter.

The front desk person was not very nice. I didn't get his name but it said he was the supervisor. He said he didn't have a reservation for us. Mind you I had called a dew days before to confirm my reservation. He said he had a room then we said we will take the room but then he was putting excuses saying that we will be uncomfortable because we had kids. It just seemed like he didn't want us to stay because if he did, if he was really the manager or supervisor, he would have made something happen for us. I have worked in hotels before and that was not the way to treat a guest.

Bad customer service, the manager was so rude. When we checked in they gave us room keys as soon as we entered the room it smelt of smoke, whereas the hotel has no smoking policy. we decided not to stay there and asked for refund for which the manager started arguing and said get out.
