Negatives: The room smelled like pee. I contacted front desk and they couldn’t move me to another room. I checked out early. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but the smell was awful. When I checked out I was not offered a discount. The staff is very young and do not have any customer service skills.

Positives: The rooms were nice, the bathroom needs an update for sure mainly the bathtub/shower. It was pretty clean, the walls of the bath were not clean though. it just looks a bit old. All amenities provided (shampoo bath soap even make up remover) and there was a hair dryer as well. Beds were comfortable. Location was great

Negatives: Bath tub old and not that clean (particularly walls found hair from previous). Someone thought it was ok to take some biscuits (2 packets) from our room. Breakfast was good (toast coffee waffles muffins, milk yogurt) although the cleaning of the tables lacked, no tablecloths and you have to use disposable cutlery/plates. A bigger selection of fruit would be good (only mandarin and apples were provided)
