Positives:
The location was near enough to family that I could walk there. The office staff were exceptional, very willing to take care of anything I needed. The bed was really comfortable. Fridge, microwave and TV worked well.
Negatives:
They need to address an exhaust fan in the bathroom--there was a mildew problem.
An instruction card for the TV/wifi would be nice.
Guests should be asked not to talk loudly in front of the rooms or near the doors.

Overall the cleanness was quite good compared to other Motel 6s weve stayed at. Other than the issues mentioned below the overall experience was better than expected.
Negatives:
Bathroom sink faucet takes forever to get hot water! Bathroom fan is very noisy! Bed located against wall has bad noises underneath when moving on mattress near headboard area. Lots of activity noises from upper floor during the night through 3 am.
