We had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink was lugged up. The jacuzzi was out of order which was o e reason we chose the hotel. Then the Kurig in our new room didn't work. Probably won't choose Hilton again.

The first room they gave me had cool air coming out from between the window and the air conditioning unit. The second room the desk light was not working. I called the front desk and told them about it and they never came to my room to repair the light. I had to work all week with no light on the desk. I was very hard for me to see my documents. Very disappointed.

I rented from you guys cause the website said you guys had a pool but when I got there you guys told us it was closed and didn’t know when it was going to open up again. I rented from you think we could go sit in the hot tub and go swimming and couldn’t the whole time we where there and we stayed with you guys 4nights.

the girl working could not figure out how to check us in to the point she was going to send us away (the only problem was my first and last name was reversed) then later i wanted to buy a bottle of water she couldn't figure out how to sell it to me (I went thirsty) then at 3:00 am they called our room on the telephone and woke us up

Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and refreshed. Blackout curtains worked very well. Air conditioning that got the room cold enough for sleeping comfort

Water pressure was non existent in the shower and the temperature lock for the shower was too low. The shower wasn't hot.
