Negatives: The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bad smell was coming from the bathroom. I had reserved 3 rooms for my group but they didn’t provided them near to each other. One room was not near to other 2 rooms.

Positives: The lobby was newly painted and clean and the continental breakfast was nice

Negatives: The entire complex was painted grey. Not bright yellow like the picture suggests. Walkways were filthy, elevator smelled of urine. Cigarette burn marks on the tub. We counted 6. Only a thin sheet and a very very thin blanket acting as a comforter.
