I was down stairs and out neighbors above where lound and crazy walls where shaking it was bad and they wouldn’t stop went to the desk and talked to the lady which was very kind, but they didn’t care my husband went upstairs to talk to them. And still they where rude

Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub and swimming pool were nice.

My shower was luke warm at best, every day. My room had a slight musk smell to it after the cleaning material smell wore off.
