Two closets, King Bed, good breakfast, easy parking
Negatives:
Badly needs renovated. Dirty and sticky kitchen floors and cabinets, hole in bathroom door, holes in curtains and burn mark on wallpaper near stove. Paint worn off kitchen cabinets. Missing 2 light bulbs in kitchen and 1 by bed. Housekeeping: dirty at check-in; one visit per 7 days and did not change sheets. Multiple units have no light by front door and some have crumbling concrete.

Room was a good size and the decore was tasteful. Place was fairly clean.
Negatives:
The road construction made accessing property inconvenient. The shower head fell off and I had to reattach it. Couch was not comfortable.

Good location for us. Safe neighborhood and a lot of shopping nearby.

Rooms are very dated and need freshening up. Replace carpeting, new paint. Exterior needs updating as well.

I liked the size of room and openess of the layout. I liked feeling like we truly had our own little space.
Breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
Cleanliness of the room. I found three hairs in shower when I got in and then noticed the walls of shower did not feel clean. It was too late at that moment to get a new room because we were already settled, but hair anywhere is a huge gross out for me. Especially when it’s not mine. Things not working properly in unit like lights. Gap in door where we could feel breeze of air.
