I was on a long, overseas transfer flight and needed to spend the night in Denver. I chose Atwell Suites based on booking.com recommendations. The hotel itself was nice and clean. However, the staff did not communicate with each other. A few weeks before my flight I called Atwell Suites directly and asked for a late checkout and again once I checked in on arrival.
Three times housekeeping knocked on my door. The first time I was napping and they opened my door even though I had a do not disturb magnet hanging. After the third knock I called the front desk and complained. She told me I wasnt given a late checkout and needed to leave my room immediately. As I tried to explain I was given a late checkout she told me there was no such thing and she was too busy to discuss it with me and hung up.

It was very modern the layout was great. The toiletries offered were all plant based and smelled incredible. Checkin was swift and easy. They had coffee and tea upon arrival. And light snacks available for purchase. Were accommodating of my service dog.
