It’s kind of new and clean

The condition is so loud, you cannot sleep.
They give us a room under fitness center and we could hear how people are training. The view was to another hotel window, so I could see what people were doing there (without my wish).
The lobby is super small.
So generally the hotel is ok, but maybe 3,5-4 stars maximum

Positives:
The hotel is located in the downtown area, easily accessible from the Union Station (15-20 mins walking, or Uber). The room was comfortable and quiet.
Negatives:
I wanted to open the windows to get some fresh air, but this was not possible. They are locked

Positives:
Onboarding was super nice, with clean rooms each day, and the gym has a wide variety of equipment. Liked location of hotel which was on the spot in downtown
Negatives:
The main issue was loud (kids?) smashing doors at 10-11 p.m., I sense it was some bigger family jumping between rooms. Then noise going through walls if someone was listening to music at 11 p.m.- 1 a.m. This was kinda repeating behavior for the last week of my stay.
The laundry was a bit overpriced for expectations but fulfilled needs. Windows wasn't insulated enough if there were loud cars going on at night on the street.
