Mattress was stiff and the sheet in the bed was the wrong size. It was smaller that the size of the bed. Also has to leave the bathroom door closed after a shower or the smoke alarm would go off. It went off twice when the door was open for just a few seconds. I dont expect this type of quality at a hotel like this. Very disappointing.

I HATE HATE HATE having to ask to have my room cleaned. That is not okay. I was traveling with small kids in diapers and had to ask to have my room cleaned so I didn't have to smell diapers and walked on lost Cherrios. They knew we were staying for 4 nights but didn't clean unless we asked. It makes you feel demanding. They didn't leave enough coffee for 4 days. I requested to have cribs in each room twice prior to arrival. The cribs were not in the room on arrival. We arrived the first night an hour after the toddlers normal bedtime. They were prompt when I reminded them but I shouldn't have had to ask a third time.

The room was outdated, the beds squeaked, and the door to the room was so poorly fitted, you could almost look into the hallway when the door was closed.

For what the room offered, I definitely overpaid. I guess I was just hade higher expectations from a Hilton brand hotel.

Hotel was great, checking in was great, fresh cookies when you arrive, very yummy. Ha. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic staff very friendly and professional. Would recommend
