Recent Reviews
Positives:
It was clean. Beds were nice.
Negatives:
No one told me the hours for breakfast. I missed the breakfast meal because it closed at an unreasonable breakfast hour of 9:00 AM. I looked up when Quality Inns usually serve breakfast and it was on average 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The coffee was terrible
Positives:
the heat/ac worked well
Negatives:
the hallway looked like it was being remodeled and since it was on a main road all I could hear were cars driving by. Also the bed was not comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Great location.
Negatives:
My 40 year old daughter (whom the room was for) asked to be on the first floor. She has Autism, ADHD and OCD. Stairwells and elevators scare her to the point where she goes into panic mode. The woman checking her in did not listen (although my daughter said she explained it to her) and offered her a room on the 2nd or 4th floor. I ended up calling the front desk myself. The woman said had room on the 1st floor but didn't offer it to my daughter because she didn't ask politely. Once I explained, the woman switched my daughter to the 1st floor.
