No soap bars in room. Solved by staff. Toilet seat broken and never repaired. Hate the new system of cleaning every second day. Three towels for two nights not enough. Staff solved. Ran out of dishes for breakfast by 8:15 no replacements avalable.

This is a perfect hotel for my family and I! We got a king suite and it was the perfect size. My little one slept on the pull out couch and we had a king size bed. I love that the room were separated so we could close the door. The room was very clean. The bed was pretty comfy. We used the pool which was great. We went on a Wednesday night and they set out wine and cheese. The staff was super friendly too!

Our bathroom door wouldnt stay shut, so we had to put towels in front of if. It wasnt that big of a deal but it would have been nice had it closed.

The breakfast was ridiculously over cooked and inedible. But, the biggest issue were roaches! When we went to the front desk and told them they just said no one else came down today and said anything. Unbelievable.

good for family and especially enjoy that it ispet friendly. a big plus. we were in town to visit family so worked for us especially with pull out sofa etc .

There were several incidents at the hotel during our stay. Car was broken into and another car had all 4 tires stolen off her car. The manager and the staff were rude and didnt show empathy what so ever. No cameras at the property which made us feel unsafe so we departed 2 days early.

One car was broken in to, one car was stolen right out of the parking lot. We had a homeless person harassing us and other people inside, and outside the hotel. Nothing was done by the staff. No exterior cameras on the property at all.
