ROACHES, A/C THAT CONK OUT, CHILDREN RUN ON TH WKNDS AND MAKE NOISE IN THE HALLWAYS, WEED SMELL FROM SOME ROOMS ON THE WKND. FECES FROM DOGS ON THE PRPERTY, SOEM MATTRESSES ARE FILTHY, SMOTHERS NEED TO ALL SMOKE OUTSIDE TO HAVE NICE BEDDING. NO GYM

Our car got towed even though we were paying guests, we got roomed next to two crack heads (one of them was a woman who decided that around 10:45/11am on 3/3/24 that she wanted to do a drug deal right off to the right of the front entrance to a black crossover/SUV right next to my step daughter (8years old) and I.) while they were high out of their mind, they kept my boyfriend/his daughter/myself up until about 2am Friday and Saturday night. Sunday morning they were obnoxious and I had to call the front desk who did nothing because they were making ridiculous noise right after the phone call. Honestly wish I could get a refund, Ive never had this issue at even the scummiest hotels. I dont take lightly to being subjected to addicts keeping others awake because they cant control themselves and the staff cant do their job.

ROACH HOTEL brand new furniture dirrty floors, smoke everywhere homeless people and drug heads. This is not for the public. No one cleans this hotel.
